Below is a comprehensive list of items unsuitable for storage with us. By ensuring these items are excluded from your storage list, you help facilitate a seamless storage process.     Hazardous Substances: Materials that pose potential risks due to their properties.

    • Flammable and Combustible Materials: Fuels, oils, paint thinners, aerosol cans, lighter fluid,
      propane tanks, and matches.
    • Corrosive Materials: e.g., bleach, ammonia, cleaning solvents, and pool chemicals.
    • Explosive Materials: Fireworks, ammunition, and charged scuba tanks.
    • Toxic Materials: Pesticides, poisons, and select cleaning agents.
    • Reactive Substances: Materials that can react dangerously, such as some pool chemicals or
      chemistry sets.
    • Other Hazardous Goods: Car batteries, fire extinguishers, kerosene, etc.

    Perishables:

    • Food Items: Fresh produce, dairy products, meats, fish, and baked goods.
    • Plants: Live plants requiring specific care.
    • Medical Supplies: Certain medications or biological samples needing specific storage conditions.
    • Other Time-Sensitive Goods: Film, specific adhesives, and products with a limited shelf life.

    Illegal Items:

    • Controlled Substances: Drugs or substances not legally possessed.
    • Stolen Merchandise.
    • Counterfeit or Pirated Goods: Including items infringing on copyright, patents, or trademarks.
    • Uncleared Goods: Items not cleared through customs or illicitly obtained.

    High-Value Objects:

    • Jewelry & Precious Gems: Gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, and other precious items.
    • Art & Antiques: Original artworks, sculptures, collectibles, and antique pieces.
    • Rare Collections: Stamps, coins, vintage wines, and similar collectibles.
    • Electronics & Gadgets: Premium electronic devices, cameras, watches, etc.
    • Historical Artifacts: Items with substantial historical or cultural significance.
    • Designer Items: High-end fashion pieces, bags, shoes, and designer-labeled goods.
    • Documents & Securities: Stocks, bonds, certificates, deeds, or other essential documents.

    Weapons:

    • Firearms: Handguns, rifles, shotguns, and automatic weapons.
    • Explosive Devices: From hand grenades to larger explosive charges.
    • Chemical & Biochemical Weapons: Toxic materials in various forms.

    Live Animals or Livestock: We cannot store living beings in our facility.

      o Reactive Substances: Materials that can spontaneously produce dangerous reactions such as
      certain pool chemicals or chemistry sets.
      o Other Hazardous Goods: Items like car batteries, fire extinguishers, kerosene, and any other
      substances that could pose a risk during storage due to their properties.
    •  Perishables, including but not limited to:
      o Food Items: Such as fresh produce, dairy products, meat, fish, and baked goods.
      o Plants: Live plants that require specific conditions or care to remain viable.
      o Medical Supplies: Certain medications or biological specimens that may need refrigeration or special conditions.
      o Other Time-Sensitive Goods: Items like film, certain adhesives, and any other products that have a limited shelf life or require specific storage conditions.
    • Illegal items, including but not limited to:
      o Drugs or substances that are illegal or not prescribed.
      o Stolen goods.
      o Counterfeit or pirated items, Items that infringe on copyright, patents, or trademark.
      o Goods that have not cleared customs or are smuggled.
      o Any other items that are deemed illegal by the provincial or federal laws.
    • High-value objects, including but not limited to:
      o Jewelry & Precious Gems: Items made from gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, and other precious
      stones.
      o Art & Antiques: Original artworks, sculptures, rare collectibles, and antique furniture.
      o Rare Collections: Items such as stamps, coins, vintage wines, and other collectibles.
      o Electronics & Gadgets: High-end electronic items, cameras, watches, and other luxury gadgets.
      o Historical Artifacts: Items with significant historical or cultural importance.
      o Designer or Luxury Items: High-end fashion apparel, bags, shoes, and other designer-labeled items.
      o Documents & Securities: Stocks, bonds, certificates, deeds, or other valuable documents.
    • Weapons, including but not limited to:
      o Firearms: This category includes handguns, rifles, shotguns, and automatic weapons. They function
      by discharging projectiles driven by rapidly expanding high-pressure gas produced by chemical
      reactions within a confined space.
      o Explosive Devices: These range from hand grenades to larger explosive charges. They function by
      releasing energy in a sudden and violent manner.
      o Chemical & Biochemical Weapons: These can be gases, liquids, or solids that have toxic effects on
      humans.
